PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga is a great gift to support your pregnancy, birth and beyond

Prenatal Yoga can help pregnant women to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and attune a women's body to itĀ“s natural rhythm's. It will also strengthen and open the body, preparing for childbirth.

No previous yoga experience is needed. These Prenatal Yoga classes includes dynamic yoga poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that can be practiced through all trimesters.

Prenatal Yoga is also a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.

KIDS YOGA

Kids Yoga combines traditional yoga poses, easy breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and playful activities to make the practice enjoyable and accessible to the kids. Kids yoga has numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Some of them can be to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination. It promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness. It enhances body awareness, concentration, and focus. It can also help children develop self-confidence, social skills, and emotional resilience.
